[Solved] Locked out no pin

It tells me I cannot have a pin on my pro 2 yet had it when I do put the pin I had in shows a blue Screen says my account is LOCKED? How do I unlock and reastablish a pin on it... It allows me to login to it via my password...
 
Have you recently added a work mail account? EAS Policies can disable using a PIN, you should be able to get into the regular login screen using the sign-in options and select the password icon...
 
Have you powered it off completely? The Password vs. PIN is in the Account Settings in the MUI Settings App...
 
Have shut down totally and restarted se thing... Have tried removing pin and then readding says it cannot at this time

Did you add a work email account or remove an account recently? You can reset the local security policy in the Desktop Control Panel under user accounts.... reset security policies
 
Go to the Desktop Control Panel and select Users, then select User Accounts and on the lower left the is a link that says Reset Security Policies....
