"Something went wrong on our end. Try again later"

Whenever I try to download an app from the Windows Store, I get a message stating "something went wrong on our end. Try again later." In addition to this, the Twitter app is not working. It loads up fine, but it just says "Tweets aren't loading right now. Please check your network connection." My feed on Twitter.com works just fine. Can anyone help me?

Open an elevated command prompt and type wsreset - report back what happens.

Not trying to scare you but I had hella problems with the windows store on my SP2 way back when. Troubleshot with MS so much that they were willing to admit defeat and replace the thing, but I ended up doing a full system refresh and it started all working again. Hopefully you won't suffer the same fate.
