SP 2017 many older dated updates

Anyone else get a bunch (26) of older dated, 2017 & 2018 Intel, Realtek updates, Surface firmware from 2/14/19 & 9/8/2018 today or recently? Also got 2 Quality updates that were current I think, KB4346084 and KB4468550. BTW, still running 1803.

Just as an FYI for anyone else, I found the answer on Paul Thurrott's:

Still odd with all the old dates though...
