Sprint Card for Internet Everywhere

I bought a sprint card for my surface so I can get internet anywhere and it will not download the software to use it? Any way to get around this?

First what do you mean by card? the Surface does not take sim cards! second It would help to know which Surface you have... The RT or PRO? if it's the RT then it will not work as you cannot install legacy apps/ exe files or drivers for hardware.

Welcome to the site. Have you tried contacting Sprint customer service to help with activating the card?

Your model Surface can be added to your profile which may help.

If you didn't already or can make a switch a MiFi hotspot would have been a better choice. You're going to need to provide more specifics.
