Hi I'm new to this forum.
I have been working with my 2 external monitors from my stationery pc for the last 12 months or so. The clarity and resolution is excellent. The screen resolution is 3840x2160. Link to the monitors here: 28" UHD monitor with stunning picture quality | LU28E590DS/XY | Samsung NZ
I have now upgraded to a surface book 2, 13", i7 processor, 16GB RAM. I have also purchased a surface dock, to project my surface book 2 to my 2 monitors.
Problem is the 3840 x 2160 resolution in my monitors has been substituted (recommended option) to 1920 x 1080, and not only that, the clarity is horrendous.
Is this because the 13" surface book has the 3000 x 2000 resolution (3:2 aspect ratio).
Is there any way to fix this?
Cheers
