Surface Pro 2 is not discovering Bluetooth devices

I have UE BOOM Wireless Bluetooth Speaker. I am able to pair it with my Polk TV Speaker, so it works. And was able to pair it with my Surface Pro2 until a couple of weeks ago. Help

Just to be sure double check to ensure Bluetooth is on.
Settings, change PC settings, PC and Devices, Bluetooth

Assuming it was ON: In Device Manager try uninstalling the Bluetooth Radio.
Windows should redetect the device and reinstall the driver.

You might also need to unpair it on your SP2 and then re-pair it. Some devices have trouble reconnecting without re-pairing. You can do this from your Bluetooth settings by removing the wireless speaker device if it is present there.
