Please help ! I am having the above problem. The charger light works and is on. But when switching on Surface pro the windows logo appears for about 3 secs then black screen. I have tried going into bios, (no option for settings) but does not work. I have also tried all the combinations (hold power button, plus volume down volume for seconds and mins etc) but all it does is windows logo a few seconds and black screen off. I can not get any further. Please help
