type 2 cover

Just spent £110 hard earned and find type 2 not loved by surface. Device manager says no driver. Update driver attempt and problem occurred. Any ideas?

Sorry to say the obvious but you've tried disconnecting and reconnecting haven't you?

I did indeed. That didn't work. Updated Surface with usual updates and it started working. Worth noting that in device manager there's still an exclamation mark. Try to update keyboard driver and there's an error and fail. You'd assume that that their own hardware would be compatible. On the plus side, their not Apple!

Are you trying to use the type 2 cover with the surface rt?
