CHARGER SURFACE 4 vs SURFACE PRO 3, is the same??

First of all, I want to apologize, my English is basic and I will depend on the Google Translator.
I tell you my situation, at home we have a Surface Pro 3 and a Surface Pro 4 (M3, maybe it's important).
The other day I wanted to use the charger of the Surface 4 with the Surface 3 and it does not work. When I connect it, the light turns on but then it goes off (see video).
When the Surface 3 is off, it seems that it works but as soon as it is turned on it does not work.
I read and I have been told that the charger is the same, and in the website is the same charger (?). My question is: Has anyone used the Charger of the Surface 4 with the Surface 3 and has it work?
The charger of my Surface 3 is different. The charger of the Surface 3 has a base with a USB port and in the other hand, the charger of the Surface 4 is very similar to that of a mobile (does not have that base with the USB port).
I attached the photos of the charger and the video with the problem.

Welcome.

I may be wrong, but I think that the sp4 m3 uses a 24w charger, while the sp3 uses a 36w charger.

This is a information for my charger of S3 (with port USB). Twice have 240v, correct? The output and input change but I don't know is important this... the output it's higher in that of S4 (the one that does'nt work) but the rest is smaller. Will that? What data is the important? I don't understand any of this.
I thought the important thing was the "A" output and in this case, the S4 charger is higher and does not work with the S3 ...

I had an SP4 m3 (briefly) and accidently connected the m3 charger to my SP3, it didn't work. maybe it should have but here's were differences are important. The OUTPUT of the chargers are different. The SP4 m3 output voltage is 15V where the output of the SP3 charger is 12V. All things being normal it was (perhaps) intended to be compatible there's still a possibility that the higher voltage is not handled by your SP3 (as was the case with mine), in which case reality overrides theory.

AFAIK the SP4 i5 & i7 chargers are the same (with the same 12V output) as the SP3 chargers, it's only the m3 charger that's different.
