Although this isn't a Windows forum per se, I thought I would share a site that has a list of useful apps and utilities. The list is curated and updated by its site members so most entries are up-to-date. The best thing about it (apart from the free part) is that it lists not only Windows apps, but those for Mac, Linux, and iOS/Android as well, so it's platform agnostic.
