Anybody have any clue what's going on here? Trying to connect my SP3 on Windows 10 to my iPhone 6 on iOS 9.1 and a legitimate (paid for through Verizon) wireless hotspot.
See in the video below how the blue bar on the iPhone comes and goes. I've been successful thethering another iPhone to this one as well as the sp3 before I upgraded to Windows 10.
