I don't get notifications for new mail. Settings are correct, i have them turned on for mail, calendar, alarms, & IE. Everything else is turned off, plus all notifications are turned on except receiving calls. Any ideas?

Do you get them eventually? Or just never? I do get them but they do take a long time to get through... my iPhone sits next to my Surface Pro and when they come in on my iPhone, I click on Mail on the Surface and nothing, I refresh it and nothing. It's quite frustrating as I'd rather read them on a larger screen!
