SP 4 Windows 10 Start Menu problem

My 1 month old SP4 already got hit with a problem where Windows 10 Start Menu cannot be clicked along with other part of task bar. Searched for online solutions and tried to apply those suggestions but the problem still there.

Anybody have the same problem?

I don't remember seeing that specific issue on the forum. When you say clicked on are you including both with the touch pad - pen and finger?

Can you give us more details?
Have you calibrated the touch screen? If so, reset the calibration.
Does the Pen work on the Taskbar?
Have you shut the device completely down and rebooted?
Are you fully patched and updated?
Is there any grime or dried goo on the screen that is mimicking a touch?
