Suddenly on my SP3, after the automatic WIN10 update, the speaker volume is stuck on 100 and the volume indicator box in the upper left of the screen won't go away. When the Speaker volume is clicked at anything less than 100, it immediately ramps back to 100.

I do use a bluetooth speaker (JBL Charge 2), but the same thing happens when it is connected, disconnected and removed from the bluetooth Devices.

The Realtek Speakers are configured by audioendpoint.inf (10/29/15)
The Realtek High Definition Audio Properties are IntcAzAudAddService.inf and hdxmssp.inf after rolling back the driver. The Information panel says: Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0288&SUBSYS_10EC0191&REV_1000\4&3a2ab354&0&0001 requires further installation."
But the driver says that it is functioning properly!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
