Access to network files whilst not on O365

Hi All,

So, I think the surface hub is a really appealing offering.

What I'm wondering though is whether anyone has a view about how you access network files, without being an O365 user.

Of course, you can plug in laptops and screen share etc, but was wondering whether there's anyway of authenticating locally via AD, on a per session basis, and accessing the likes of SharePoint or network drives?

Anyone had any joy with this?

SharePoint you can access via the Edge browser.
There is an app for the Surface Hub called Network File Manager that can be used to connect to file shares, but it would need to be configured each session.
There is also an app for Remote Desktop to access a remote workstation and use the Surface Hub touchscreen.

You can also use OneDrive folders for sharing / syncing.
