After Update, WINVER reports old version

I used Media Creation Tool to update my three machines not on the Insider Program. Updates were uneventful. WINVER apparently didn't get the memo -- it continues to report Version 1607 (Build 14393) instead of Version 1703.

Probably not the end of the world as we know it, just interesting.
