Any news of Apple Music for Windows Phone?

Apple Music will be available on Windows desktop, but Apple hasn't said anything about bringing it to Windows Mobile or making it a universal app. How can I get Apple Music on Windows Phone?

Assuming you have the non-DRM versions of your iTunes Library, you can copy them via an SD Card or directly and Groove Music will play them. If they are the less expensive DRM'd version currently w/o using unsanctioned/illegal methods you wouldn't be able to play them on the Windows Mobile Platform.
