Are there any dev tools available?

Hello! I'm interested in using the surface as a backup/meeting device, mainly for presenting. However, I frequently need to do some basic site troubleshooting in meetings. Do you have access to IE developer tools on the Surface? Can you do basic things like view source, see scripts that are running, GET & POST requests etc? Thanks for your help!

You do have access to the IE developer tools in Desktop IE10.

Unfortunately, the "F12 Developers Tool" menu item is greyed out... and I haven't found any references on how to enable it
