audio equalizer for custom audio settings

Is there an Audio equalizer for custom Audio Settings? (like the realtek Audio Manager)

Razer Surround is what I use and seem to have good reviews.

I tried the Razer Surround software but it messed up headphone detection. It wouldn't shut off the tablet speakers when I plugged in headphones.

With the headphones Sounds bad, because i use them alot. I also tried several times to install the realtek one but without sucess.
