Hi all. Just got a new sp3 
and I have a possible issue that I didn't have on my previous tablet: dell venue 7140
Both running windows 10
Win 10 was installed on the sp3 out of the box and I needed an external keyboard for the initial setup as the on screen keyboard and touch screen did not respond. That seems to have corrected itself after 1st boot
I am aware of the setting to auto launch the keyboard for text boxes and such and its enabled. I do not have an external kb but I am using a mouse. If I touch the textbox, URL bar, etc. via touch screen, the keyboard launches normally. If I click a text box with mouse... no keyboard.
Did not have this prob on the venue. Is this normal for a surface? Can someone test?
