Change logs for native MS apps

Hi...

Is there any place I can see what are the changes that updates of native Windows 8.1 (including RT) apps bring? For example, today I noticed an update to the Mail app. Where would I look for what changes this update made?

You can see it in the Store - Account - My Apps - All Apps - Select the App then scroll to details (My Mail App was last updated 4/11/2014 so I feel cheated )

Umm...for some reason the native apps - like Mail etc. - are not in the place that you mention.

Make sure you select all Apps from the drop down and not the default, Apps Not installed on the PC
