click button surface pen

hi guys i've just updated to win 10 and now the click buttons on the surface pen open the onenote "metro" version and not the desktop. i have onenote2013 and i've already select the priority to the desktop one. how can i change it ? microsoft surface hub doesnt exist anymore. help please thanks a lot have a nice day.

It's not working anymore. Microsoft Hub is now named just Surface.

The One Note : CMD is now greyed out and cannot be changed.

I suspect that this is because of the scribble note feature in Microsoft Edge
