Curious on Pro 2 differences in models ect

I am wondering what the differences are besides 4gb vs 8gb memory vs 64gb 128gb 256gb 512gb...

Are all 4 same as far as thickness?
And if so why get 512 just 64 and take out the 64 replace with a 512 and as 8gb memory or it impossible too?


Another question is what brand of drive are used for 256gb and 512gb?

the ram is soldered on so no upgrade there
