Disable Touch Windows Button?

Is there a way to disable the touch sensitive Windows button that is on the right side (in the middle) of the Pro 3?

Not that I'm aware of but maybe someone else knows. I did read that MS is supposedly working on an update so that when it senses the pen in use it will disable it from accidental presses but that's about it.

Nah, it still works through 5 thicknesses of postit notes.
