Display issue with surface pro 2017?

Hi, it is my surface pro 2017 less than 2 years old. It is doing this randomly for the last few weeks, may once every few days so far. Desktop colors become inverted, jarred n insane. Wondering if this is a software issue or gpu has gone bad.

Have you tried resetting to a clean windows install?

There was a Firmware update to fix display issues, but I am not sure if it was for the Surface 2017 or not.
