Does SurfaceRT run Excel files?

Specifically, does it run the Office 2010 xlsm files (macro enabled) files? I'm not an owner yet but this is one of the things I want a tablet to do. Hopefully someone in this forum will know the answer. Thanks.

Excel RT 2013 has some limitations, and one of those is the inability to run VBA Macros or ActiveX Projects...
