Don't Upgrade to 10, or Downgrade If You Have

See my related thread about "downgrading" to Win 8.1. This device is like a champ on 8.1. On 10, however, it is a real laggard for me. It's buggy and runs slowly. Also, 8.1 is a better interface for tablets.

(Maybe this is due in part to the auto upgrade process, but I don't think so.)
