Driver problem

Hello,
Since today, when I open Photoshop CC 2014 I get these two windows errors.
It happen every time now.
Do you know what the problem is by any chance?

As a tech, I have to ask you a question or two. Did you change or install anything on your Surface since Photoshop was working correctly. If so, try and undo what you changed and than try Photoshop again. Did you try powering it down and then try it again.

You might try a system restore back to an earlier restore point and see if that fixes it.

Thank you for your answer.
No, I didn't install anything since it was working, it just started the last 2 days.
Now I just uninstalled the driver, re-started the Surface and now I don't get the messages anymore, will check again later, but maybe it is working now.
