Final Draft 11 on Surface Pro X

Hello,

I have a Surface Pro X. I have been unable to activate Final Draft 11. Maybe an activation server error? Could this be an ARM or emulation problem? I have been trying for hours, apparently it has worked on the Surface Pro 4?

This is the activation error:

Activation server failed with the following error: Error:[50040, 41147, 10249] ***Error code was 0, and string was com.acresso.activation.handler.ServerException

I was never able to solve this problem, and return the surface Pro X. That was many months ago.
