Firmware Tool For Surface 3?

Is there now or will there be a Firmware Tool for the the Surface 3 to allow quick uniform configuration of UEFI settings and UEFI passwords on multiple Surface 3s?

There is a tool for the Surface Pro, but I can't find anything for the Surface 3.

The firmware tools will not install on my surface 3 (atom). It's says it will only install on the surface 3 pro.
