Forgot the login password on my surface pro

I am using surface pro with running on Windows 10 operating system, but i forgot the login password. This surface has no disc drivers to re-install the operating system. How can I change the access password?

I have read how to reset password from Command Prompt and typing NET USER and all but then the screen that follows really baffles me. I am not sure what command line to type next to change the password.

Please someone help, it’s driving me crazy!

Ophcrack doesn't support Windows 10 OS as far as I know. PassFolk seems much better for beginners.

If you can boot with Windows installation DVD, you could try to replace utilman.exe with CMD.exe. From there you can try to add a new user through command prompt.
