The Windows button on the Surface RT (Just bellow the Screen) not the Windows Key on the touch cover. Windows button + Down Volume + Screen Capture.

I got a screen capture, but I can't get it to post.

Press the "Go Advanced" button on the bottom left of the quick reply, then use the "Manage Attachments" to upload your screenshot and post.
