I'm curious about external GPUs. Does the SP9 have thunderbolt and if not do USBC eGPUs help much?

I got Silent Hill 2 running fine on medium settings but I'd be curious to try to get it to work on max settings. And if a USB c eGPU works is love to have my surface be a little gaming system while docked. If it could run SH2 the new one stock on an I7 I'm really curious what it could do even more. Thanks!
