I'm curious why I just got the October update on my Surface Laptop 2 (purchased in February). Shouldn't it have shipped with this update? Isn't a May update due out this month? How can I ensure that my PC gets updates in a timely manner?
And (where I think improvement is needed) Microsoft doesn't update the software with which a device is shipped. For example: I've had 7 Surface 3 devices...all were delivered with the first version of Windows 10, so not one of the most recent versions)
