Keys not working

After the most recent update the six key, down arrow and tab key all stopped working. I have a hard time believing that they all independently failed at once. Any ideas?

Have you considered rolling back the update and giving it another go?

My first Surface 3 type cover had some keys not working sometimes. Sometimes they worked for weeks and then for a few days they didn't work. It has been unclear what caused it until the end.
Had the type cover replaced by Microsoft and never had an issue since.
