Microsoft Complete for accessories?

So I was chatting to a MS rep the other day and I was told that MS complete covers all accessories including the type cover and dock.
He was esentially saying that my type cover is covered until the end of my extended warranty and not until the end of the standard 1 year warranty.
Can anyone verify?

Also, do you guys know if there's a deductible associated with replacements for accessories for accidental damage?
I believe there's a $75 deductible for the surface, but I wasn't sure if there's one for accessories such as the type cover or pen.

I was told that everything I purchased when I got my SP4 was covered, which included the type cover and anything else. I think the deductible is $50.
