I have seen a few different people recently mention the slow speed of the Blue tooth mouse scroll on their S pro tablets. If you don't already have it here is a desktop app you should check out to fix this among other options. Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center | Microsoft Hardware

I'm already running that and my Touch Mouse key assignments don't work worth a damn. Extremely buggy.
