Is this new at Microsoft Store: Surface Mini DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 Adapter

Sorry I've been out of the loop, when did Microsoft replace their previous Microsoft Surface Mini DisplayPort To HDMI Adapter (Amazon link) with a 4K@60 version?

I'd previously bought from Amazon:

Plugable
Club 3D
and a bunch of passive adapters/cables

But looking to get more adapters for my family's Surface Books with Surface Docks...

This is the updated one, not sure when it was released, I knew it was under development last November.

Just wish I hadn't bought another of the old (non-4K) Surface HDMI adapter from Amazon a couple weeks ago, if I'd known there was already a new version (which only seems to be available at the Microsoft Store).

Already shipped it off to a family member traveling out of the country (along w/ a 3rd party active adapter in case they use a greater-than-HD monitor).
