Installed and running well currently....but it has only been an hour

Doesn't seem to automatically popup the keyboard as well as the previous build

FYI - Cortana disabled in Canada.

Looks likes it is available for the Enterprise as well. Anyone having problems with the stylus and OneNote in the build?
