Need to set up Surface Pro to access internet and a projector wirelessly at the same

I'm working with a school that would like to set up each of their Surface Pros to access the internet and a projector, both wirelessly, at the same time. So far, we have not been able to make this happen. Can anyone help me? Thank you. Earl
