but then it's a band not a watch... maybe the next revision will be a Roman band ... no version 3 will get the taller screen,

Actually, I'm not buying anything electronic right now. As much as I've been drooling over the surface pro 3, I'm also about to buy a house. Until after everything has gone smoothly, I can't really justify to myself for any new gadget.

My EXACT situation. Just signed to finalize purchase on a home. Needs at least 50k in renovation and I still want to buy *&^%&*^% uggggh

Got it on launch day. It's alright. I like how it's not trying to replace my watch. Cortana integration is nice. Wish the display was curved, but it's alright for gen. 1.
