Solved Only 2.2GB RAM out of 4 available? (i5/4GB/128Gb)

Hello,
recently, I often had a popup message saying that I am low on memory. Now I checked the Task-Manager and it tells me that only 2.2 GB are available. Hyper-V isnt activated and I know that some RAM is dedicated to the Graphics Card, but 1,8GB? Wanted to check whats displayed on other devices, and if somebody may have an idea how to fix it.

Edit: Solved the issue, under MSCONFIG boot the max ram was set to 3072, and I absolutely have no idea why. After I unchecked and rebootet the 4GB were available. The Thread can be closed or deleted.

Wow great find mate. This should totally be mentioned in a sticked thread if it hasn't already. I just realizing that my full 16GB wasn't to my expense on my Surface Book because of your little discovery. Thanks a ton!
