Orange tint to cameras?

When first using my cameras on the Surface Pro (both front and back cameras), the image was extremely orange. Eventually, the front camera stopped having this issue after 30 minutes of use or so. I'm not sure if it fixed itself because of what it was focusing on, but now it seems to work every time without the problem. The back camera still has the problem however. Is this a known issue? Anyone else having this issue?

Does that manifest in every lighting condition?

That's the background, not a green color cast.
