outlook 2016 advanced find search box cuts off

only happens on my surface pro 4, the advance find search box is cut off, cant enlarge it to see all fields. anyone have any hints?

The Advanced Find looks like it using the GDI Scaling (rather than raster) so the only way to fix is reduce the DPI....

reduced dpi doesn't seem to work and while gdi/raster references are beyond me, doesn't seem to make sense because the cascade workaround I finally found elsewhere seems to fix it.

sorry about that. just cascade windows and the search window gets resized so useable.
