PDF Anotator With Sidebar For Comments

hi all - newbie here with my second question.

I love Drawbord. But it's missing a key function and I can't find a PDF annotator with it.

I'm lookin for something with a sidebar pane where I can type general comments that related to the page but not a specific part of a page. Make bullet point notes etc.

As far as I can tell, you can only add a comment over a specific part or type text directly into the doc. But not into some sort of side window that stays with each page.

Does anyone know an app that has that functionality?

Sure. Use Onenote.

OneNote can do this. But it's really clunky loading the PDF into OneNote and then the interface for using various pen functions in OneNote is also much clunkier than Drawboard.
