PDF Creator with a specific twist

I was looking at how the IPAD Pro handles the taking a picture then making it a pdf to edit and the one thing I cannot find is something that will let me take a photo of a document or scan it in as a pdf but zoom in and rotate it finely so it's not crooked or warped. Any thoughts? if you have an IPhone or whatever it has those same edit tools... Thanks much

Office Lens is also built into the mobile versions of Onenote. Never understood why they didn't build Lens into the desktop version. (Tablets have cameras guys) Nevertheless I use Onenote on my mobile to take a photo on doc or whiteboard and then it syncs to desktop.
