Permanent Casting of Audio/Video

To cast my music from my Surface Pro to my stereo, I use Chromecast. The problem is that casting with Chromecast requires you to setup the connection to the Chromecast every time you launch Chrome or restart the computer.

I want the audio to be casted all the time to my stereo, permanently.

Anybody have any pointers to permanently cast either sound or video?

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you want, but I predominantly use Bluetooth audio to a Logitech device... works really well, and every time I use the Surface, audio comes through my Hi-Fi, no setting up required

In the other room, I stream to an AirPort Express... usually via my iPhone, but you can do it via iTunes too (however that's only for music)
