Photoshop Elements in SP3 i3?

Anyone know if I would be able to run Photoshop Elements on the SP3 i3 and if so, how smoothly it runs?

Since there are quite a few users running the full Photoshop without a problem I feel Elements should run smoothly. Even on an i3.
