What photo editing program is recommended for Surface Pro 3's HiDPI screen?

Light room like everyone is your best bet. I'm sticking with PhotoShop elements coz I paid for it already ( you can install it on 2 devices in one license)

I would recommend taking a look at Pixlr Editor. It's pretty robust for a browser-based image editor.
