Question About Not Locking Surface After X Time

Hello,
I have a little problem or question.
The surface lock automatically after x time, in the configuration panel you can configure this time (max 15 minutes) but the option of "not lock" is not available and a note apears that say "this option is not available by local policies of the device" (the message is not exact because i´m spanish ;-)

Anyone call tell me what can i do to prevent the lock of the device???

Are syncing Corporate/Work Email? These policies are enforced through Server Side Exchange Active Sync Policies and the only way to remove them is by removing the accounts and resetting local security policies.

Yes, i have a Exchange mail configure In the surface.
I delete this account but how can i restore the local policías??

From the desktop control panel navigate here: Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and select your account, on the left hand side click Reset Security Policies.
